Noise issues from adjoining rooms are distracting!!! The small breakfast area can lead to seating challenges during busy times. The lack of a fridge or kettle in rooms feels limiting for longer stays!!! Ground floor curtains fail to block light effectively!!!

The rooms where spacious and spotless with soft lighting.

Everything was as expected.

The stay here was such great for the second night of my stay. Staff were amiable, room was a nice size and spotless with twin beds. The location was magnificent in the fairly quiet area. Btw, went to city centre, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Great stay with friends! The staff were super friendly, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed some private exhibition viewings held at the hotel, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Make sure to check in before midday, as the reception isn't always open.

Although the hotel guide says that coffee, tea and light snacks are available down stairs it depends on the time and the staff on whether you get this service or not.

The check-in was effortless and my room was clean with an excellent shower. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was pleasant, contributing to a calm start to my day.

Nice place for city trip in Leipzig. Very easy to get from Leipzig/Halle airport, just 10 miles.

The key collection system was efficient, and I appreciated how quiet the residential area was, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Not a good arrangement with keys for front door which we found locked before the official locking time of 10.00pm! On a couple of occasions. Only one key per room allocated....asking for a second key on one occasion was a problem. Staff we felt were overstretched at times and rather tetchy when asked simple requests.

What a good surprise to find out that the breakfast hall was loudly operational at the crack of dawn, I mean, who doesn't love being woken up at 6:30? Plus, the curtains were absoluteley useless, letting in ALL the light. I expected a complimentary gesture but instead got only noise.

We drove to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was easy to find and there was free parking. The hotel staff was extremely nice and made us comfortable on check-in, breakfast, and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. There was functioning internet for only 5 euro a night. We actually used the internet a bit after the first 24 hours, and we weren't charged extra. Breakfast was delicious and included in the room price. This hotel is located within a 15-20 minute walk of city sights, a variety of restaurants, and lots of shopping. There is quite a bit of construction and improvements being worked on in the city center, so the area around the hotel should only continue to improve.

The room was a bit small and there were only a few restaurants on the surrounding 5 city blocks or so.

Good location for walking access to the city centre. Quiet location. Good beds. Comfortable room and good bathroom with a bath. A correct and fair attitude of the hotel management regarding errors/changes in the booking. Covered parking facility.

No safe for valuables either in the room or at reception. The need to take the room/hotel key when leaving the hotel at any time.

Simple and affordable

Just FYI, this is also a senior living facility. Also, while there is free wifi in the hotel, I could not get it in my room on the first floor and even while using it in the lobby, it was a very ghostly service----in and out every so often. All in all. Not huge deals though.
